We believe that completing a well-constructed phone screen is an art and, when done properly, it will uncover all of the strengths and weaknesses of an applicant. This enables you to make an informed decision, prior to welcoming them into your premises for a face-to-face interview.

We write an unbiased and honest appraisal of the candidate, including checking their legitimacy, honesty and skill set. We are not paid to place applicants so have no incentive to skip the important details or to bypass any ‘red flags’.
