Your personal Talent Propeller Recruitment Partner will build a multi-pronged advertising campaign which will be placed onto both national and local job boards and digital media which usually includes Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google as well as headhunting.

As soon as applications are received we start reviewing candidates, using our unique tools to ascertain who the most suitable people are. We liaise with each candidate to thank them for their application and ensure they have a positive experience when applying for your role.

After the initial review of all applications is complete and a first-round shortlist is compiled, we commence the final assessment of each candidate. This includes phone interviews plus skills testing and reference checks if you require.

You will receive a full transcription & recording of the phone interview along with our comments & perceptions. You can then log in to your account to review our shortlist and organise face to face interviews.
