Founding Director and CEO

Sharon is passionate about recruitment and helping companies hire the best people for their team. Her recruitment agency experience combined with her role as co-founder of a successful recruitment advertising agency inspired her to develop a new recruitment model that’s faster and more cost effective and from this Talent Propeller was born in 2009. Sharon is actively involved in the business, setting our strategy, developing new software and identifying the innovation opportunities to pursue. She's a successful entrepreneur, thought leader and sought-after media commentator in the recruitment and HR space.

General Manager - Australia

Victoria is a trusted recruitment partner for over 200 businesses, specialising in the not for profit and community sector space. She manages our Australian operation and has worked for the business for over 17 years. She was awarded shares in our Australian operation due to her commitment and service to the business. Her intimate knowledge of local media options and over 10 years in the industry make her a customer favourite.

Operations and Finance Director

Dianne is the invisible glue that holds our business together. She has been involved with our group of companies since 2002, managing the Finance and IT areas of the business. Based in head office she establishes policy and procedures for the finance team and is in charge of the daily operations. She is also responsible for the effective implementation of our business expansion strategies.

Head of Advertising

Rikki has lived an adventurous life, growing up in Spain, Sweden and America and has joined our Queenstown office, continuing her adventures. She is studying a Diploma of Business Studies and comes from a strong background in retail management which has taught her a lot about why finding the perfect candidate for your job matters, and how advertising is imperative to ensure you get the right people in front of you. She now manages all operations in our advertising division for NZ and partners with clients to help them define their strategic direction and employment brand.

Assistant Accountant

Cindy has been with us from 2010 and is known for her attention to detail and passion for improving efficiency. Cindy enjoys helping our clients with their accounts queries by drawing on her experience and knowledge of Talent Propeller. She also played a key role in our transition to paperless accounting and automating data transfer between our key systems. In her spare time, Cindy loves a good coffee catch up with friends and family, and venturing out and exploring new places!

Account Manager

Georgina initially joined the team as an advertising coordinator and driven by her passion for client relations, seamlessly transitioned to the role of account manager. She has guided her clients on getting the most out of their Talent Propeller portal, created stand out advertising and has been a trusted resource for all things recruitment.

Originally from the UK, Georgina made the move to New Zealand in 2018, where she discovered her love for Queenstown, drawn to both skiing and hiking in the picturesque surroundings. When she is not working, she has a passion for baking, travelling and running.
