We genuinely believe that the opportunities here are endless. When you start here, you can go anywhere. We work as a team, we get involved, roll up our sleeves and make things happen. When we put our minds to something, there is no stopping us. Many of our team have worked across a few different departments and countries!
A day off on
In our offices there is a lot of banter, singing, laughter, but also deadlines, focus and determination to be the best we possibly can be. We work hard and play hard and believe to be truly successful at work you need a happy and harmonious environment.
We won’t beat around the bush - we work hard, and being in an agency environment means there is occasional overtime and really busy days, but in return, we believe in rewarding our staff and celebrating our success with perks such as on-site massages, team dinners, social outings and a weekly friday night happy hour.

Actively looking for work? Then we're looking for you!
This is an expression of interest to fill positions as they become available.
We are currently on the hunt for people with Support Worker experience within disability care, aged care, family violence and mental health for a range of full time, part time and contract roles for our clients across metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding regions.
Talent Propeller is a bit different than the normal recruitment agency. It's not "just" about getting you into a job - we pride ourselves on offering non-biased, honest and clear communication about how to successfully job hunt, where to start, how to improve your CV and interview techniques to ensure you land a new job in no time.
We work with hundreds of clients who engage us to find great people for them, so by registering with us you have access to jobs before they get advertised. You will have one to one support from a Talent Propeller Recruitment Partner throughout your job search journey, who will help you find the job you love.
We'd like to hear from you if you have experience in any/all of the following:
You're a team player. You're friendly, professional and thrive in a busy environment, multitasking and juggling competing priorities. With previous Support Worker experience, you know your way around logging case notes and completing logbooks, leading meetings in residential or community centres about issues relevant to your clients and you're able to form an easy rapport with others quickly, making both yourself and your clients very comfortable when caregiving to those in need.
If you'd like to access roles with our clients, often before they are advertised, we'd love to hear from you and support you with finding a new role.
We are still handling applications via phone and video interviews, so if you'd like to get working, please send us your application.
