We are currently on the hunt for people with Support Worker experience within disability care, aged care, family violence and mental health for a range of full time, part time and contract roles for our clients across metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding regions.

We'd like to hear from you if you have experience in any/all of the following:

  • Assessing the practical and emotional needs of a client and drawing up a care plan
  • Providing emotional support by talking to clients and listening to their problems and concerns
  • Assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, washing and shopping
  • Helping clients participate in leisure activities
  • Helping clients apply for disability grants and other financial benefits

About you

You're a team player. You're friendly, professional and thrive in a busy environment, multitasking and juggling competing priorities. With previous Support Worker experience, you know your way around logging case notes and completing logbooks, leading meetings in residential or community centres about issues relevant to your clients and you're able to form an easy rapport with others quickly, making both yourself and your clients very comfortable when caregiving to those in need.
