There are no contracts with Talent Propeller. Our service is designed as a pick and mix solution. Simply tell us what services you need at the time, and we can take care of the rest!

There is no minimum term when you sign up with Talent Propeller. We do not lock you into any fixed term contracts. If you want to cancel your system for any reason, you simply need to provide 30 days’ notice in writing.

The Talent Propeller system allows you to set up as many users as you like for no extra cost. You can also dictate 5 different levels of permission to ensure each person at your organisation only sees what they are meant to.

We run several servers to ensure no down time. Our primary server is based in New Zealand with our back up server based in a secure data centre in Brisbane. With our servers based in New Zealand and Australia means we meet and abide by New Zealand and Australian privacy laws.

To implement the Talent Propeller system requires no major IT integration. Our software is cloud based which means you can access it from wherever you have an internet connection. Talent Propeller has a development team on-site who maintain and develop our technology. For system support, each client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager. There is also support via our Help videos, an interactive online help guide and a Live Chat function within the system. We provide support from 8am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday.

Yes, we are able to work with all job boards across Australia and New Zealand and also some overseas media. We have over 1200 media in our database and believe in partnering with our clients to provide tailored advice and support around advertising effectiveness.
