Typing
Being able to touch type is an extremely valuable skill to have, and even more so for an administrative role. If you are recruiting secretaries, receptionists or administrators, our typing test is a fantastic way to ascertain each candidates typing speed and accuracy. This test is offered on an annual subscription so you can test all applicants or just your final shortlist. The test is five minutes in length, allows for three attempts and provides you with each applicants’ word per minute typing speed as well as accuracy.

Data Entry

For customer service positions, accounting roles, data entry staff or even administrators, ascertaining the speed and accuracy of data entry skills can help you ensure that candidates are going to perform productively and accurately in their role. This test is offered on a low annual subscription so you can test all applicants or just your final shortlist. The test is five minutes in length, allows for three attempts and provides you with each applicants' key depressions per minute speed as well as accuracy.

So often overlooked these days as unessential, but for any staff at the front line of your business, being able to construct an email or written communication professionally and accurately is critical for the image of your company. Do your staff send emails using text language? Do they know the difference between there’s and theirs? Our spelling and grammar test provides a series of statements, asking the candidate to identify the correct grammar and to fix errors where appropriate. It also has a series of spelling questions. This test can be customised to ask as many or as few questions as you feel necessary or have a greater focus on one particular area. For sales staff, administrators, basically anyone who has written communication with your customers and clientele.

Personality Profile
Is your candidate a leader or a follower? Introvert or Extrovert? Happy go lucky or uptight? What are their attitudes to safety, career development and general outlook on life? Our standard personality profile will provide you with a greater understanding of your candidates’ personality and what type of career pathway will suit them and will identify their strengths and areas to be aware of that they may need more support or training. This assessment measure personality traits that are critical to success in customer service and customer service-related positions. The final report describes characteristics related to customer service potential and performance, such as diplomacy, cooperativeness, patience, and assertiveness.

This test measures personality traits that are critical to success in sales and sales-related fields such as customer service, sales management, and direct selling. The test assesses traits that are not apparent in an interview or resume such as inhibitions about cold calling, reluctance to ask for a sale, and poor motivation to follow through once on the job. Validated against actual sales performance, this test can help you select, place, and train salespeople.

Workplace Productivity Profile
Workplace Productivity Profile
This is a personality assessment best used for entry level roles as it helps to predict whether an individual will be a conscientious, productive and reliable employee. Like other integrity tests, this assessment can be used to predict overall performance as well as to screen out candidates judged to be more prone to possible disciplinary problems. This assessment measures four traits: Conscientiousness, Perseverance, Integrity/Honesty, and Attitudes towards Theft and Fraud.
